Free Shipping

Orders above €200,00 ships for free. Destinations not eligible for this offer include Japan and the Americas.

What courier provider do you use?

All orders are shipped with UPS or MailBoxes.

 

Shipping Time

Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete. Depending on the availability of an product in-store, we usually process your order between 1-3 business days, in addition to the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number and email notifications to keep you informed of the status of your delivery.

Shipping Duration

Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive (not including holidays). Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

Can I Track My Parcel?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Can I Change The Shipping Address On My Order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address and cannot upgrade or downgrade the method. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days from the delivery date under the follwoing conditions:

  • The purchased item must be unworn.
  • The purchased item must be unwashed.
  • The purchased item must be undamaged and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted: we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Taxes are to be paid upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force I the country of destination. Any customs fees are at the buyer charge, including United Kingdom.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled and with all labels attached in their orignal packaging. You have a period of (30) working days to withdraw your purchase. To return, please send an email to contact@giannottimonaco.com. You will then receive an email containing a return label. In case a Name and phone number for return labels is needed, please use like follows:

as soon as we receive the return item, the buyer will be informed by email of the processing of his/her request. Giannotti reserves the right to decline a return in the following cases:

  • Return out of time, the right of withdrawal has not been exercised within thirty (30) working days.
  • Non-compliant return since the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

As soon as we receive your return in accordance to the return rules, Giannotti Monaco commits itself refunding the returned products within thirty (30) days as from the date on which Giannotti Monaco is informed of the decision of the purchaser to react. Every time a confirmation email will be sent to you. The buyer will be reimbursed the full amount of the return products.

Gift Swaps

We suggest having a round of exchanges at the time of the
client's gifting event. After this round, the order will be marked as final sale.

Bulk Order Returns:

We recommend buying 15% over the expected quantity you're looking to purchase and returning that 15% of unworn products. That way, you have can have a try on different sizes from the comfort of you home. Please note, the 15% of excess inventory will be shipped and paid at your own cost.
